The Conquering CHD - Wisconsin chapter is a program of Conquering CHD, aimed at improving the lives of those with congenital heart disease and their families through direct support and education – meeting families where they are.
*This State Chapter has received the Honor Roll Award for outstanding performance in support of our mission.
